As applied to residential mortgage loans the foreclosure process is a bank or other secured creditor selling or retrieving a parcel of real property. "Mortgage" or "deed of trust" is when after the owner is defaults to comply the agreement between the lender and the borrower. Default in payment is the common violation of the mortgage, a promissory note is allowed but with a charge on the property. The first branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library, located in O'Donnell Square in Canton. The branch has been continuously since 1886. The majority of houses in Canton is the turn of the century two-and three-story rowhouses on narrow and wide streets. Some of the homes closer to the water from the civil war. New townhouses at Canton Square and the anchorage. Water apartments and condominiums in rehabilitated industrial buildings. Senior housing Indeco, the distillery, the Messiah House, and offered the old Eastern Avenue shoe factory.
