Baltimore Foreclosures
As applied to residential mortgage loans the foreclosure process is a bank or other secured creditor selling or retrieving a parcel of real property. "Mortgage" or "deed of trust" is when after the owner is defaults to comply the agreement between the lender and the borrower.
