"Mortgage" or "deed of trust" is when after the owner is defaults to comply the agreement between the lender and the borrower. Default in payment is the common violation of the mortgage, a promissory note is allowed but with a charge on the property. It is typically said that "the lender has foreclosed its mortgage or charge" when all the process is complete and the lender can sell the property and can keep the interests to pay off its mortgage at any legal costs.

Reservoir Hill is a neighborhood in the city of Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America. It is located in South-Druid Hill Park, north of Bolton Hill, east of Penn and North-West and Jones Falls. Reservoir Hill has a reputation as an economically and racially integrated neighborhood. Its population is a mixture of African Americans and white Americans (including Jewish Americans). Housing stock features a wide range of nineteenth century architecture, including the ornate Victorian apartment overlooking the Park, brownstones and brick rowhouses less, which is characterized by a large part of Baltimore. Part of Reservoir Hill is a National Historic District. Although restoration efforts have brought new life to portions of the area, many houses are in poor condition. A part of Reservoir Hill is known as Mount Royal. This is simply the whole of North Avenue from Bolton Hill and close to the Jones Falls. It is generally more expensive and includes a well-kept homes. A lot of it is a Mount Royal Terrace Historic District of Baltimore City. Portions of Reservoir Hill is within walking distance of the North Avenue stop on the Baltimore Light Rail line and the North Penn and stop on the Baltimore Metro Subway.
